Candace Morton is a real estate agent with over 18 years of experience. Recognized by Lyon Real Estate as being consistently in the top 10% of agents in the company which consists of over 900 agents. She has helped both sellers and buyers in Placer County and surrounding areas.
Candace is also part of an elite group of selected agents to be part of the relocation team for Lyon Real Estate which works in conjunction with the Leading Real Estate Companies Of The World. This allows her to help clients looking to move all over the U.S. and abroad.
But more importantly, her success has been based on happy clients who trust her and recommend her to others…
“My first priority is to help people by providing an honest approach to their questions during a very critical decision in their lives. By listening to my client’s needs and goals I can share with them accurate market information to guide them so they are comfortable in their choices. The processes I’ve developed over the years brings proven results and allows my sellers and buyers to focus on moving! Communication is strictly done through me personally. Although I have a team of experts to help, I feel it is important to keep a hands on approach directly with my clients.”
Candace has a Bachelor’s Degree from San Jose State University in Advertising and Marketing and comes to you with 17 years of marketing background and publishing experience. She has a clear understanding of how to get a home exposed to potential buyers through mass and social media. One of her focuses is to stay current on marketing trends and technology by being active on “relevant” social sites and also writing a real estate blog geared towards real estate news, area lifestyle and upcoming events. Her entire career has been in sales and customer service and she is a strong negotiator ready to get the best price and terms for your home.
She is knowledgeable in home building, luxury homes, and country properties. Her and her husband enjoyed building their home on 5 acres a few years ago. They have created an organic orchard and vegetable garden, raise chickens, provide dog rescue for a local organization and helped build and manage the locally acclaimed Ashley Memorial Dog Park. She enjoys all outdoor activities including mountain biking, kayaking, jet skiing, hiking and camping. In her spare time she loves to cook, go wine tasting and travel.
